The Cumberland Elementary FRYSC, JHP Enterprises and “Billy 4 Kids,” a nonprofit organization from New York, New York, sponsored a free shoe give away at CES for the Tri-Cities and the students who were attending summer camp at the school. Over 100 pairs of shoes were given out.
